Please arrive 10-15 prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork. Late arrivals will result in loss of time during your session or loss of your appointment. All appointments require a 30% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in loss of your 30% deposit. “No-show” appointments will result in loss of your 30% deposit and will have to pay the full balance of the future appointment in order to book. Any “no-show” after a repeated “no-show” Or last minute cancellations will result in loss of 100% service charge and will no longer be provided services. Any future services booked will be canceled. We understand that emergencies happen so please make sure to give us a courtesy call for any cancellations or to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible to avoid any additional charges.
